Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

When a foreigner intends to be employed in the Republic of Korea, he/she shall obtain the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities, and no person shall employ any foreigner who has no status of sojourn.

On April 4, 2017, the Defendant employed 9 foreigners who did not have the status of stay to engage in job-seeking activities from around April 12, 2017, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form, from around 2017, from the time to April 12, 2017, in the construction site of a multi-unit apartment complex C in which the Defendant had been constructed by subcontracting, and who did not have the status of stay to engage in job-seeking activities in the construction site of a medical tourism (C-3-3).
