A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 10, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a gallon driver car.
