Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B car rental car.

On January 25, 2017, the Defendant driven the above vehicle around 01:05, while driving the home plug, which is located in the middle and new roads of the 1,000 city, was straightened by about 50 km in the speed of the Ordinance from the jurisdiction of the United Nations Department Department Department at the speed of 3 lanes, depending on the three-lane distance between the two-lanes.
