At around 09:00 on April 15, 2019, the Defendant, along with C, visited G and Seoul Regional Headquarters H, entered the I counter staff to transfer money from the I Account under the name of the victim association to K (L) in the withdrawal money sheet with the seal affixed by the chairperson of the victim association and the vice-chairperson of the victim association, which C prepared without undergoing lawful approval procedures of the victim association, to the I Account under the name of the victim association, and presented it to the bank staff who may know of the fact. After transferring the sum of KRW 285,90,000 from the I Account under the name of the victim association to K account under the name of the victim association, the Defendant transferred the full amount to the F M account (N) under the name of the Defendant.
