Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On October 17, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for specialized management services for A-building improvement projects implemented in the area of the Cheongju-si Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the “Establishment Promotion Committee for Housing Rebuilding Improvement Projects” (hereinafter “instant Promotion Committee”), and the main contents are as follows.

The promotion committee of this case (hereinafter referred to as the "A") and the plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as the "B") who is a specialized management businessman for rearrangement projects under the contract for specialized management services shall agree to provide necessary matters concerning A housing reconstruction project under the following terms and conditions of the service contract in order to verify such agreement, and shall prepare two copies of this contract and keep one copy after signing and sealing A and B, respectively.

2. Location of the business: At a reasonable amount of Cheongju-si C day.

4. Total floor area of construction: 105,56.413 square meters (at the time of authorization for a project implementation),

5. Contract amount: Amount of 80% per square meter multiplied by the total building space approved by the head of the competent local government shall be the total of 12,00 won per square meter.
