Punishment of the crime

The Defendant also is a person who is engaged in driving of a cargo vehicle B.

On January 25, 2012, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle around 07:20, and led to a three-lane road in front of the river in the Hapo-dong in Busan, Seopo-dong, Seopo-dong, along the one-lane road from the Mapo-dong.

Since there is an intersection where a signal is installed, there was a duty of care to safely drive the vehicle in accordance with the signals by reducing the speed and by properly examining the right and the right of the vehicle driver.
