A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

After that, Q purchased approximately 804.9g of Handphones from North Korean defectors in the short-dong of China on September 2015 using the above money.

However, the Defendant and O, and Q were arrested at the Seoul Maak Police Station on October 12, 2015, when he avoided 804.9g Handphones purchased from Chinese short-dong on September 2015, and was given an opportunity to import them into the Republic of Korea.

Accordingly, the defendant and theO stated the plan for the importation of Qphones in the Seoul Central District Public Prosecutor's Office, cooperates in the investigation, and deviate from the conspiracy with Q Q.

On the other hand, Q, who did not know it, concealed on October 25, 2015, from around 05:00 to around 05:00, one of the six boxes, who were living together in the Dong-dong of China, 804.9g of the above philophone 804.9g, and transported it through the line in the single Dong-dong River.
