A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 30, 2007, the Defendant: (a) knew on April 30, 2007, Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. Samsung F&PERⅡ; (b) attempted to receive insurance money by transfer of various hospitals and by long-term hospitalization on February 12, 2009; and (c) on November 12, 2012, the Victim Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd., Ltd., without a certain occupation to subscribe to the Non-Distribution Samsung Fire and Fire Integration Insurance Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd., Ltd., the victim Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Co., Ltd., Ltd., without a certain occupation; and (d) in the case of minor diseases, the Defendant knew that he expressed his intention of hospitalization

From December 29, 2012 to January 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) hospitalized the victim Samsung Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. with the name of diagnosis, such as knee and knee inside the left-hand kne, without having to undergo long-term hospitalization for 15 days from 15 days; and (b) received payment of KRW 2,289,30,000 from the victim Samsung Fire Insurance Co., Ltd., and 1,290,000, respectively.

As above, the Defendant was hospitalized in eight hospitals from December 29, 2012 to July 15, 2014 in total for 276 days, and was hospitalized in the annexed list of crimes.

1. 32,078,840 won from the victim Samsung Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. and the list of offenses in the annexed sheet;

2. As described above, the insured money of KRW 24,470,000 in total was received from each victim's limited liability insurance company and received insurance money of KRW 56,548,840 in total.
