The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a business operator who newly constructs and sells another canal wells complex that consists of 12 single houses on the ground of the 4993 square meters above the land in Jeju-si, Jeju-si, the Defendant owned (hereinafter “instant site”).

B. The Plaintiffs indicated in the table below indicated only indicated as “the building” when referring to water for the purpose of sale, and when referring to water for individual purposes, either entered into a contract to purchase at 560,000,000 won for the sale price, or succeeded to the buyer’s status from the first buyer under the Defendant’s approval (hereinafter “each sale contract in this case”).
