A shall be punished by a fine of four million won, and by a fine of two million won.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Defendant

A is one of the eighth degrees of relationship with I and VIII elected in an election for the president of HFF as a candidate for the president of HFF at an election for the president of the national cooperative conducted on March 11, 2015.

J and K are the friendships of Defendant A, and both J and L married couple, K and Defendant B are the H comprehensive members.

An elector, his/her family member, or an institution, organization, or facility established and operated by an elector, his/her family member, or the elector or his/her family member, in connection with an election of the head of the national cooperative at the same time, shall not provide, express an intention to provide, or promise to provide, money, goods, entertainment, or other economic benefits or a public or private job, and shall not receive, or consent

1. Defendant A

A. At around 16:00 on February 26, 2015, the Defendant made a call to M for the purpose of getting a candidate for the president of the HFF to be elected at the O rice farm in the management of Ma, which is his/her father and wife’s father and wife’s father and wife’s father and M. M., “I makes it difficult for his/her mother to pay money to his/her mother who did not have sick documents.” However, M. refused to pay KRW 20,000 to his/her father and wife who was in the said rice farm.

As a result, the defendant expressed his intention to provide money to each elector's J and L married couple M. for election campaign.

B. On February 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 17:00 on the 17:00 of the K couple’s house located in Kumi-si Q, and (b) on February 26, 2015, the Defendant: (c) “Sweging to mar, so as to be elected as the candidate for the president of the HFF; (d) I’s name for election; and (e) KRW 200,00 won for 50,000 won for 40,000 won for Y, were put into the agricultural bag, thereby making the Defendant

Accordingly, the Defendant provided money to the elector B for the purpose of election campaign.

2. Defendant B’s above 1.B.

At the same date, time, and place as described in the paragraph above, the agricultural bags consisting of KRW 50,000,000,000 from A, for election use and KRW 50,000,00.
