1. The defendant shall pay 20 million won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from July 22, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

On October 25, 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to sublease the building on the Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and the first floor at KRW 300,00,000, and the net profit of the rent Plaintiff at KRW 300,00,00, and paid KRW 200,000 out of the deposit to the Defendant and paid KRW 100,000,000 among the deposit.

However, the defendant has failed to perform his duty to maintain the necessary condition for the possession and use of the above building, and the plaintiff and the defendant filed a lawsuit against the plaintiff and the defendant against the whole building from the lessor, and the decision of provisional disposition against the transfer of possession has been executed.

The plaintiff lost possession of the above building and the above sub-lease contract with the defendant is terminated, so the defendant is obligated to pay the deposit amount of KRW 200 million and delay damages to the plaintiff.
