Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 13, 2016, at around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) laid down two small-scale soldiers on the floor of the convenience store on the ground that the victim C was employed as an employee of the victim C in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on the ground that the victim did not keep his bank at the convenience store; (b) laid down two small-scale soldiers on the floor of the convenience store; (c) laid down the traffic table in front of the convenience store on the street, and obstructed the victim’s convenience store business by force by avoiding disturbance for about one hour.
