Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a CP car.

On April 26, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at a speed of about 54.35 to 61.39km from the north-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, which is designated as a children protection zone located in Man-dong 1,005-5, Dong-gu, Incheon, to drive the above vehicle at a speed of about 54.35 to 61.39km from the north-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.

Since its location is a road designated as a child protection zone, a person engaged in driving duty has a duty of care to drive with due care to the safety of children.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was negligent in driving without reducing speed, and received the victim D (the 12 years of age, south) who was standing a crosswalk due to the negligence of driving the vehicle as it was in front of the right side of the said vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, by negligence in the above business, from an injury to blood under the external wound, which does not have an open head, requiring treatment for at least six months.
