Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 7, 2011, the Defendant was issued a summary order of 2.5 million won by a fine at the Gwangju District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on September 8, 2011, by a fine at the Gwangju District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On April 16, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.085% among blood transfusions, driven B SP car at a 1km section from the front of the Advanced Hospital located in the Advanced District in Gwangju Mine-gu to the road located in Samsung Electronic Services, which is located in the direction of the Gu in Gwangju Mine-gu.
