A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On December 18, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor due to an uncomfortable accusation, etc. in the Sungnam Support of Suwon Friwon, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gesung Vocational Training Correctional Institution on December 15, 2014.

[Criminal facts]

1. On April 22, 2016, the Defendant damaged special public goods, at around 14:35, the Defendant was subject to on-site investigations into the said plastic houses, which were illegal buildings by F, who is public officials of the Gu branch office E, in the presence of the Defendant’s plastic houses located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-si, Sungnam-si.

The Defendant, upon questioning F from F, damaged the repair cost of KRW 462,00,00 of the Gunst Cargo Vehicles used by F with the pick (108 cm in length, 2.5 cm in length, and 2.5 cm in length) of the tree, which is a dangerous object, as he was in question of the possession of the said greenhouse and its constructed land.

2. The Defendant interfered with the performance of special official duties was assaulted by the Defendant on the date and time, place specified in Paragraph 1, and on the same grounds as stated in Paragraph 1, such as the wooden bucks, which are dangerous objects, one time at the left bucks of F, and the chest part of F for drinking once, and thereby obstructing the Defendant’s legitimate performance of official duties in relation to the investigation on the illegal building site by public officials E belonging to the Gu office.
