1. The Defendant caused the termination of the title trust on June 19, 2015 with respect to the construction machinery listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

1. The plaintiff and the defendant were married, and the agreement was reached on October 12, 2007 between the plaintiff and the defendant.

On March 16, 1999, during the marriage period, the defendant registered the transfer of ownership in the name of the plaintiff on the construction machinery stated in the attached list that he had owned while operating.

Since the above construction machinery is owned by the defendant, the plaintiff terminated the title trust on June 19, 2015, which is the service date of a copy of the complaint of this case against the defendant.

2. Accordingly, the Defendant is obligated to accept from the Plaintiff the transfer of ownership registration procedure on June 19, 2015 regarding construction machinery listed in the separate sheet, due to the termination of title trust.
