Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person driving a wing-III cargo vehicle.

On May 6, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.171% of blood alcohol concentration, driven approximately two kilometers from the front side of the new apartment in the Nam-gu Namdong, Nam-gu, Gwangju to the front road of the building in the Geumho-dong, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, in the same city.
