1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 100,240,830 to the Plaintiff B&S Sus Ltd.; and (b) KRW 146,869,59 to the Compact Co., Ltd.

1. Basic facts

A. The parties are mobile communications companies with the purpose of telecommunications business, etc., and the plaintiffs are companies with the purpose of selling, distributing, visiting, selling, and selling multi-stage devices for information and communications, and are companies operating agencies upon being entrusted by the defendant with the business of attracting and managing mobile communications subscribers and selling mobile devices.

B. On May 19, 201, the Defendant concluded a contract between the Plaintiffs and the Defendant with a view to facilitating the attraction of mobile communications subscribers by concluding an agency contract with the Plaintiffs engaging in multi-level sales business. (2) Accordingly, the Plaintiff B&S options (hereinafter “Plaintiff B&S”) on May 19, 201, entrusted the Defendant with attracting, managing, and other duties of the mobile communications subscribers to the Plaintiff B&S, and the Plaintiff B&S entered into a contract with the Defendant to receive additional management fees if the Plaintiff’s new subscribers are more than 30 persons per month after performing their duties by door-to-door sales.

After that, on January 1, 2012, Plaintiff B&S and the Defendant respectively concluded an agency contract in 2012, “2013” on December 14, 2012, “2013 agency contract”, “2014 agency contract” on December 18, 2013, and “2015 agency contract” on December 18, 2014, respectively, and concluded an annexed contract for the handling of goods as the mother-child.

In addition, on December 1, 2012, Plaintiff B&S entered into an agreement with the Defendant to pay additional network maintenance fees in addition to the fees stipulated in the above agency contract on the condition that Plaintiff B&S attracts at least 300 new subscribers each month.

3) Plaintiff Lobul Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff Lobul”)

On June 27, 2011, the Defendant entrusted the attraction, management, and other services of the mobile carrier to the compact between the Defendant and the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff Lo.
