1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 29,622,00 to the Plaintiff the annual rate of KRW 15% from July 24, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. Determination on the cause of the claim

A. In full view of the purport of each statement in Gap evidence No. 4-1 through No. 3, the plaintiff supplied disturbance to the defendant and received three copies of the household check (the check number C, D, and E) issued by the defendant from the defendant as the price and presented payment at the due date as the legitimate holder, but the payment was refused on the ground of the report. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount calculated by 15% per annum as of July 24, 2015, which is the day following the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint in this case sought by the plaintiff from July 24, 2015 to the day of full payment.

B. Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the arguments in Gap's evidence Nos. 1 through 9 and witness F's testimony, the plaintiff is the operator of the mountain farm. The defendant is the operator of the mountain farm. The defendant is a person engaged in the wholesale retail business, and the defendant was supplied eggs from the plaintiff until January 6, 2015. The defendant confirmed that the balance of the accounts payable until December 6, 2010 is 21,912,90 won (Evidence No. 6-1), and the account balance of the accounts payable until December 6, 2010 entered in the account book prepared by the plaintiff is 21,912,90 won, and the account balance of December 6, 2010 entered in the account book prepared by the plaintiff is 21,912,90 won, and the account statement supplied by the plaintiff to the defendant after December 6, 2010, the above account statement prepared by the plaintiff is found to have been omitted during the period of 20 pages.
