1. Defendant H shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 19,50,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 9, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Basic Facts

The bankrupt debtor A (hereinafter referred to as the "A") is a person who has created and operated a "J village" in the vicinity of the Iriri-si in the Pakistan.

As of October 1, 2012, Defendant C entered into a contract with K, L, and one story above ground (hereinafter “the leased object of the first lease”) with the lease deposit of KRW 350,00,00,000, and the rent of KRW 20% of the monthly sales of the store operated by Defendant C from the leased object of the first lease (25% of the monthly sales of the store operated by Defendant C on October 15, 201 and the lease term of KRW 50,000, respectively (hereinafter “lease 1”).

As between July 1, 2010 and A, Defendant D entered into a contract under which M-1 (hereinafter “Lease 2-1”) and K, and L-2 (hereinafter “Lease 2-2”) lease deposit amounted to KRW 250,000,000, and the rent is KRW 30% of the monthly sales of stores operated by Defendant D in the subject matter of lease 2-1, and KRW 20% of the monthly sales of stores operated by Defendant D in the subject matter of lease 2-2 (payment on the fifth day of the following month), and the term of lease from October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2010 (hereinafter “Attachment 2 lease”).

On June 23, 2010, Defendant E entered into a contract with A to lease the first floor of the N-based building (hereinafter “third-party lease object”) (hereinafter “third-party lease contract”) by setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 80,000,000 per month, monthly rent of KRW 3,000,000 (payment of value-added tax separately, the last day of each month) and the lease term from July 23, 2010 to July 23, 2012 (hereinafter “third-party lease contract”).

As of December 1, 2010, Defendant F entered into a lease agreement with A, with each of the following terms: (a) lease deposit amounting to KRW 50,000,000,000 (in addition to value-added tax, payment on the last day of each month), monthly renting to KRW 2,50,000 (payment on the last day of each month), and the lease period from December 20, 2010 to December 19, 2012 (hereinafter “No. 4 lease agreement”).
