Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 10, 2015, at the Residents' Self-Governing Council Library located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul around 10:05 on September 7, 2015, the Defendant did not request the library’s responsibility to “the library is slicking, causing damage to others” and do not request several times from the library’s responsibility.

The noise led to a disturbance for about 10 minutes.
