At around 11:53 on May 3, 2016, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate duties of the victim, including, but not limited to, the victim D (36 years of age, south) who is a C employee of the Incheon Airport Traffic Management Office, who regulates the activities of the visitors of the call bareboat at the Jung-gu Incheon Airport No. 6th, Incheon International Airport No. 272, on the ground that the victim D (the victim 36 years of age, south) who is an employee of the Incheon Airport Traffic Management Office, who is controlling the activities of the users of the call bareboat, was seriously boomed differently from ordinary terms.
