1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 42,50,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 16, 2015 to the day of full payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;

3. Partial dismissal of the part in excess of the amount calculated by the rate of 15% per annum, which is the interest rate under the provisions of the Act after October 1, 2015, the enforcement date of the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015; hereinafter “the provisions”), among damages for delay for which the Plaintiff seeks, exceeds the amount calculated by applying the rate of 15% per annum, which is the interest rate under the provisions of the Act (hereinafter “the provisions”), among damages for delay for which it is sought by the Plaintiff (Article 2 (2) of the Addenda to the provisions of the Act, the statutory interest rate under the previous provisions shall be applicable until September 30, 2015; see the interest rate under the amended provisions of this Decree, from October 1, 2015).
