A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, even though the defendant did not obtain approval from the Minister of Food and Drug Safety, he purchased and sold marijuana on three occasions.

2. Criminal facts of smoking marijuana shall be 2-A and 2.
