Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 20:20 on May 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was detained in the Changwon Prison Women’s Confinement Dong-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) on the ground that even though the Defendant had not paid a large amount of interest, the Defendant was demanded by the said prison T to provide assistance to the police officer C; (c) on the ground that the above confinement corridor was boomed into the face and body of the said C who patroled the said confinement corridor.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the correctional officer's instruction and treatment, and legitimate execution of duties on the operation and management of correctional institutions.
