Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 5, 2018, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Sung-nam Branch of Suwon District Court as of February 5, 2018.

1. On April 21, 2020, the Defendant driven C U-di vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.072% of alcohol concentration at the section of approximately 25km from the distance from the new history of the new history of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front side of the branch of Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si.

2. Around 03:54 of April 21, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (i.e., violation of traffic classification by driving the said vehicle on the D apartment E-dong (U.S.), running reversely, and shocking the central separation zone gate, thereby causing physical damage equivalent to approximately KRW 90,000,000 in repair cost, but leaving the site without immediately stopping and taking appropriate measures.
