B. Around December 10, 2013, a false statement was made to the complainant C by telephone in the vicinity of the Jeju-gu Jeju-dong Jeju-dong Jeju-dong, stating that “I will pay one million won, first of all, borrowed with the 1,200,000 won, if I lend more than 1,200,000 won, as I need to do so.”

However, there was no intention or ability to repay the money even after borrowing the money from the complainant.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the complainant C, received KRW 1.2 million from the account of passbook (Account Number: D) in the name of the Defendant, immediately from the complainant C.

C. On December 12, 2013, at the square of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, the complainant via a Handphone from the square of the Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.

A false statement was made under the same name as the paragraph.

However, even if the defendant borrowed money from the complainant, he did not have the intention or ability to repay it.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the complainant C, received KRW 1.5 million from the account of passbook (Account Number: D) in the name of the Defendant, immediately from the complainant C.
