1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 82,650,700 for Plaintiff A; (b) KRW 71,939,00 for Plaintiff B; and (c) KRW 63,939,00 for Plaintiff D and each of the said money.

1. Basic facts

A. F building division process 1) The Defendant, on behalf of an international trust company, is the head of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the F building in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “instant commercial building”) on behalf of the international trust company.

As of the date of closing argument of this case, the 8th floor area was divided into several sections for exclusive use, such as the “Attachment 1” as of the date of the closing argument of this case, and the 8th floor area was compared with the above sections for exclusive use before and after the said division. Since the trust registration was completed in the name of the International Trust Co., Ltd., which is a trust company, as of the time, the 8th floor area was divided into 31 units for sales facilities (H-05 or H-035), the 8th floor area was divided into 31 units for 31 units for 31 units (H-05 or H-035), and the 3 units for the instant commercial building (H-1, 01, H-02, H-03) were divided into 40 units for 40 and 401 units for H (H-1, 405).

As of the date of closing argument of this case, the fourth floor of the commercial building of this case is divided into several sections for exclusive use, such as the indication of the attached Form 3. Among them, when comparing the above merger and the form of the section for exclusive use before and after the division, the indication of the attached Form 4

3. Each H district of the 4th and 8th floor of the instant commercial building was divided as above and the registration for the purpose of divided ownership was completed for the same content.

B. The Plaintiffs and the Defendant concluded a sales contract on the fourth and eighth floors of the instant commercial buildings from the Defendant on each corresponding date set forth below.
