A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 12, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court for the crime of interference with business, etc., and completed the enforcement on March 20, 2015. On January 27, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court for the crime of interference with business, etc., and completed the enforcement on July 3, 2016.

1. On November 26, 2016, around 06:30 on November 26, 2016, the Defendant saw the victim D (n, 46 years of age) located in Seo-gu Busan to “E” restaurant, and boomed for customers.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the restaurant business of the above victim, and insultd the above victim.

2. At around 08:30 on the same day, the Defendant insultingd the victim H (the 22 years of age) who is a part of a son, among two customers on the name in the “G” store located in the Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, by saying, “I are equal to bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit.”

3. The Defendant, around 14:00 on the same day, posted the victim J (the age of 42) center in Seo-gu, Busan at the “K” car center, with employees, and took a pedago for about 1 hour, such as raising time expenses.

Since then, at around 16:15 on the same day, the Defendant sought back at the above place and 16:15, and 2 employees of the Ka Center and 40-year-old customers, who are employees, walked to L. Accordingly, the defendant interferes with the victim J's car center business.
