Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a victim B (73) and a neighbor.

On June 23, 2017, in front of the operation of the building in Gangnam-si, the Defendant: (a) viewed the victim B to have a tree owned by the victim beyond the fence of the building in the above place C; and (b) said, “the victim would have a tree located outside outside the building wall” to mean “the victim would have a tree located within the inner area.”

Therefore, the defendant was parked in the above place C building parking lot.

D 포터 화물 차량의 화물칸에 천막 지주대로 세워 져 있던 위험한 물건인 쇠파이프( 길이 약 2미터 가량) 1개를 뽑아 피해자 앞에서 손에 치켜 들고 수차례 " 이 썅 년 죽여 버린다" 라고 욕설을 하며 위협하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim B by using the hack pipe, which is a dangerous object.
