A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a vehicle BM3 vehicle volume.

1. Around 06:34 on July 6, 2018, the Defendant driven a BM3 vehicle without a driver’s license from approximately 3 km distance near the court distance of Pyeongtaek-si Dong-dong to Pyeongtaek-si’s front road.

The Defendant presented the F’s driver’s license under the name of the Commissioner of the Gyeonggi-do Police Agency as if he was a driver’s license in the name of F, who was in his possession for a request to present a driver’s license, at the time and place specified in the above paragraph (1).
