Defendant

A A shall be punished by a fine not exceeding two million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one million won.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

On January 29, 2009, at the center of “F” located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, on the ground that Defendant A, while drinking alcohol together with the victim G (54 years old) who is a neighboring resident, was frightened, Defendant A seems to be able to see the victim’s face in his/her hand, and Defendant B her course toward the shoulder part of the victim’s shouldered over the floor.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly assaulted the victim.
