1. The Defendant’s KRW 4,427,50 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from December 12, 2012 to September 25, 2014.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant, a corporation aimed at manufacturing and constructing specific heat-using machinery and equipment, and around 201, planned a project to produce and sell so-called “so-called “pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro-pro

Accordingly, on September 28, 2011, the Defendant: (a) concluded a contract with the Plaintiff operating C on September 28, 201, under which the Plaintiff was in charge of a separate program work that manipulates detailed parts to actually operate the local equipment (hereinafter referred to as “dilog work”); and (b) the Defendant entered into a contract with the Defendant to take charge of selling the lug language including the instant product (hereinafter referred to as “instant joint development agreement”); and (c) as to the payment of the price, the following are stipulated.

Upon completion of the development of the product of this case as one-lane, the defendant shall pay 50% of the ordered amount to the plaintiff at the same time as the order is sent, and the customer company shall be paid the balance (50% of the ordered amount) to the plaintiff when the construction and trial operation of the product of this case are completed

On November 7, 2011, the Defendant first paid KRW 11,000,000 to the Plaintiff for the purpose of having the Plaintiff start the development of the instant product.

On the other hand, the Plaintiff, as part of the development of the instant product, ordered the development price of Gotoning Vsymm to the ATM on December 10, 201, to KRW 40,000,000. On January 19, 2012, the Plaintiff placed an order of KRW 83,000,000 for the board and the route construction work in the ATM.
