Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 29, 2012, the Defendant stated that “A victim C has several apartment buildings in the nature of Gyeonggi-do, and 3 million won as the down payment is a down payment, and the Defendant would transfer the apartment house to the KCC Swewewewes.” on the front of the Sung-nam post office located in the Seongdong-si, Seongbuk-si, Seongbuk-si, Seongbuk-do.

However, in fact, even if the defendant is paid the down payment from the injured party, he did not have any intention or ability to move the apartment without paying the down payment.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, was given KRW 3 million from the damaged party.
