1. On December 15, 2015, the Defendant’s priority in installing gas stations in our old development restriction zones against Nonparty B.

Reasons

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On August 21, 2014, the Defendant published a plan for the placement of gas filling stations and gas charging stations in development restriction zones where one gas filling station and one gas filling station are located in the sections of 6.29km of national highways C (DE), and the main contents of which are as follows:

(b) Development restriction zones for attending the schools of its householder or lineal descendant;
