A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

5. 18. The above dance hall was transferred to the Defendant G account under the pretext of 18. The rest of the dance hall was used in paying part of the rental deposit to the E-building management body.

On June 8, 2010, the following day, the Defendant asked the Defendant to ask the Defendant for reasons for which the dance hall is not set aside, saying, “The first 200 million won received was first used by the Defendant to pay the rental deposit to the management body, and the dance hall is set aside without the mold, and the remainder of the money and the money within the management body are added to KRW 50 million.” The Defendant again received KRW 200 million from the victim to the said G account.
