1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 41,719,130 and interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from December 10, 2014 to the date of full payment.

1. On March 7, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant, setting forth KRW 5,000,000 per month as the difference with respect to “Seoul Yongsan-gu Building No. 1st floor Non-103, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.”

Then, on January 29, 2014, the Defendant agreed to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 35,00,000,000 for overdue expenses, and KRW 4,665,360 for overdue expenses, until February 28, 2014. On February 21, 2014, the Defendant delivered the leased object to the Plaintiff on February 21, 2014, but did not pay the Plaintiff the sum of KRW 41,719,130, including the agreed amount, and the management expenses and gas costs until the delivery date.

Accordingly, the plaintiff claimed against the defendant the above 41,719,130 won and damages for delay.
