A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 25, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months in the Seoul Central District Court for fraud, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 2, 2012.

1. The Defendant offered a bribe to F, around May 25, 2010, to F, in the second floor of “H” cafeteria located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant offered a bribe in relation to the public official’s duties by soliciting “F at the time of the Jongno-gu Office I” to “F at the time to have D buildings selected as a precious metal district development promotion district as a paper.” From that time to August 9, 2010, the Defendant offered a bribe of KRW 2 million in cash. From that time, from that time to August 13:00 of the attached Table 1, the Defendant provided F with an offer to the said purport, along with an offer to the said effect, KRW 1 million in total on six occasions.

2. On November 11, 201, the Defendant offered a bribe of KRW 1,00,000,000 to J in response to a request made by the Seoul Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Economic Promotion Headquarters L and the head of the team at the time to provide support for the D buildings selected as a development promotion district for precious metal district at an early time. Moreover, the Defendant offered a bribe of KRW 1,00,000 to J in relation to the duties of the public official by granting the said request seven times in addition to the above request made by the J from January 31, 201 to January 31, 2012, as described in attached Form 2 of the “Crimes List 2.”
