A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 11, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court (2018No1236) and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 19, 2019.

1. Around 17:00 on February 5, 2017, the Defendant suffered special injury: (a) in the residence located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building B building C, the victim was aware of a dispute on the ground that the driver was well aware of driving his/her motor vehicle; (b) the victim was able to take the head debt of the victim; (c) 5 times the face of the victim was taken by his/her hand; (d) the victim was able to take head debt back back again to the main bank; and (e) the victim was able to take the head car back to the main bank; and (e) the victim was able to defend the head car; (e) the victim was able to defend the victim; and (e) the victim’s body part and the body part between the victim’s will and the autopsy on the day he/she was cut off and she was unable to suffer injury due to the number of days of treatment in which approximately 3 cm was given to tear.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.

2. Injury;

A. At around 00:00 on April 11, 2017, the Defendant has a dispute with the victim in his/her residence.

In the face of the victim, the victim faces about five times with the hand floor, and the victim defends and defends with his/her face. In other words, the victim suffers about three times from the wall by putting the head of the victim's head with about three times, resulting in an injury that the victim suffers from an unexploded face in the number of treatment days.

B. On March 29, 2018, at around 00:15, the Defendant, at the main point of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building, and “E” located on the sixth floor, suffered bodily injury, such as an internal and felb that require treatment between the victim when she took care of the victim’s face when she took care of the victim’s face due to drinking, she took off the victim’s head debt and knee, she took care of the victim’s face with drinking and kneekne, and sustained the victim when she takes care of about four weeks.
