A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

As such, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim, paid only KRW 13.6 million to the victim for the same day; and (b) did not pay the remainder KRW 20 million; and (c) acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.

2. From June 5, 2010 to September 5, 2012, the Defendant: (a) deposited KRW 1,00,000,000 each month to operate the number system that receives KRW 27,00,000,000 in the prescribed sequence; and (b) the victim joined the said system and received KRW 30,60,000 (including interest) from January 5, 2012.
