1. All appeals filed by the Defendants against the Plaintiffs (excluding withdrawal Plaintiff Hyundai Savings Bank) are dismissed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Conclusion of a trust contract for land in units and registration of trust 1) Dong-young Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Dong-young”);

The Korea Land Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Land Trust”) on June 24, 2008

2) The trust land in this case is the trust land in this case (hereinafter “the trust land in this case”) owned by the Cheongju-si and the Cheongju-si, the 50-2, the 567.5m2, and the 54m2

(1) The sale-type land trust agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “instant trust agreement”) with the purport of selling the above land and apartment units, which are trust property, by being entrusted with the land trust of Korea and newly constructing four apartment units on the ground.

(2) The beneficiary of the instant trust agreement is Dong-young, and the main contents of the instant trust agreement and the special agreement entered into in addition thereto (hereinafter “instant special agreement”) are as shown in attached Table 1.

3) On June 26, 2008, Dong Young-do Co., Ltd. completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the instant trust agreement with the trustee on the instant trust land. (B) Dong Young-do Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the instant savings bank”) 14 savings banks including the Plaintiffs (hereinafter “the instant savings bank”), set a pledge on the instant trust land, and Plaintiff 4 is the trustee in bankruptcy of the said savings bank.

On the other hand, the Plaintiff Hyundai Savings Bank was changed from the Dae Young Mutual Savings Bank to the company, from the commercial mutual savings bank to the company, from the company company to the company, from the company as the Plaintiff Mutual Savings Bank to the company, from the company as the Plaintiff Mutual Savings Bank to the company, from the company as the Plaintiff Digital Savings Bank to the company as the company, and from the Incheon Mutual Savings Bank to the Plaintiff Incheon Mutual Savings Bank respectively.

A. On June 26, 2008, he/she extended a loan to Dong-young for the promotion of the project and secured the right to benefit under the trust agreement of this case.
