K. 자료 희귀도 : ☆” 등 별지 범죄일람표 1과 같은 내용의 설명글을 게시하였다. 피고인은 또 같은 날 위 채널에 “L"라는 제목으로 위 『D』운영자 M(닉네임 N)가 아동ㆍ청소년이용음란물을 다량 업로드한 ‘L’ 채널의 URL 링크, ‘O’ 채널의 URL 링크, ‘P’ 채널의 URL 링크를 게시하여 별지 범죄일람표 2와 같이 총 827개의 아동ㆍ청소년 이용음란물 사진, 총 2,087개의 아동ㆍ청소년 이용음란물 동영상이 업로드 되어 있는 URL 링크를 게시하였다.

As a result, the Defendant posted a child or youth’s obscenity on a telegram channel, and distributed and provided child or youth pornography by posting a link with obscene materials.
