The Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collectively, deadly weapons, etc.) at the Busan District Court on November 22, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan District Court on July 21, 2014. 1. 폭력행위 등 처벌에 관한 법률위반( 공동 상해) 피고인은 N, O와 함께 2015. 3. 22. 06:30 경 부산 해운대구 P에 있는 Q 주점 내에서 술을 마시던 중 다른 테이블에서 술을 마시던 피해자 R(33 세), 피해자 S( 여, 29세), 피해자 T( 여, 25세) 일행이 업주에게 음악소리를 줄여 달라고 요청했다는 이유로 피해자들이 계산을 하고 나가려고 하자 피고인은 R에게 “ 씹새끼 가죽 옷 입은 놈 뭐고, 내가 영도 파 조직원인데, 이 씹할 년 들아 ”라고 욕설을 하며 주먹으로 R의 얼굴을 수회 때리고, N 및 O는 위 피고인의 폭행에 가담하여 쓰러져 있는 R의 얼굴을 주먹으로 때리고 복부 등 온몸을 발로 밟는 등 공동으로 폭행하였으며, 피해자 S, T가 이를 말린다는 이유로 피고인은 팔꿈치로 S의 얼굴 부위를 가격하여 폭행하고, O는 S의 왼쪽 어깨를 잡아 바닥에 넘어뜨리고, N은 발로 S의 갈비뼈와 오른쪽 무릎 등을 수회 걷어찼으며, 피고인은 손으로 T의 팔을 잡아 밀치는 등 폭행하였다.
