A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around November 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) prepared a false lease contract stating that “The Defendant shall enter into a lease contract with the lessee, the Defendant’s son, the lessor, and the son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s 100 million son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s her son’s son’s son’s her son’s son’s her son’s her son.

As a result, the defendant was arrested for the purpose of having C receive criminal punishment.
