Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 23, 2013, at around 18:00, the Defendant, as drinking from the victim D (the age of 65) in front of the village development district in the Yancheon-gun, Yancheon-gun, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as the mouths, mouths, and other open boxes of various parts that require treatment for about 2 weeks on the left part of the victim.
