A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was a victim B(n, 37 years of age) and a related relationship.

1. At around 19:00 on April 26, 2019, the Defendant: (a) called the victim in the vicinity of the victim’s house in the Pyeongtaek-si Qa building, called “a car-to-car defect”; (b) called “a car-to-car defect”; (c) the victim was on board the victim’s getting off and the Defendant’s passenger car operation; and (d) the victim started driving the car on his own; and (d) the victim called “to return money he borrowed” to the future; and (e) the victim was demanded to get off, the Defendant continued to drive the car at a rapid speed without setting up the car, and continued to return to the Pyeongtaek-si.

Accordingly, the Defendant, from around 05:40 on the following day, detained the victim for about 10 to 40 minutes.

2. Special intimidation.

A. The Defendant: (a) detained the victim on a passenger car at the above date and at the above place, and returned to the passenger car; (b) threatened the victim’s mobile phone with the victim’s cell phone that continued to run a knife multi-lock, which is a dangerous object at the victim’s male-child ties, with the victim’s cell phone, and (c) threatening the victim to “I will die unless you turn off the cell phone.”

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

B. At around 05:40 on April 27, 2019, the Defendant: (a) demanded that the Defendant enter Pyeongtaek-si Qa and R inside the victim’s house, and “security change”; (b) the Defendant had the north-North Korea from the victim’s house, and the Defendant came back from the victim’s house, and returned to the victim’s house again by having a string (Thinn, combustible materials used to dilution) which is dangerous goods from the Defendant’s car, and then returned to the victim’s house; (c) the Defendant called “the dead, as they had had good”; and (d) opened a flaps.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
