The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Around 19:00 on December 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) loaned money from the window B apartment, C, and on the street in front of Changwon-si; (b) took a bath to the victim D; (c) the Defendant took a part in the victim’s face with his/her face much to his/her face; and (d) assaulted the victim several times by taking the face of his/her face with his/her head kept.

2. Determination of applicable provisions of Acts: Judgment dismissing the victim's intention not to punish the offender after the prosecution of this case under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act (Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act).
