Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B Poter cargo vehicles.

On December 1, 2020, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle around 06:50, and led to two-lanes of the two-lanes of the line 5 U.S. National Highway 5, U.S., Gyeong-gun, U.S., Gyeong-gun, U.S., to the military speed of about 60km in speed from the direction of Sung-gun to the military.
