A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Punishment of the crime

On April 7, 2006, the Defendant sentenced the Seoul Central District Court to three years and six months of imprisonment for rape, injury, etc. and medical treatment and custody, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 24, 2009.

The defendant and the victim C (the age of 37) were the persons who livedd with D 303 from November 2009 to Silung-si, and the defendant was unable to dispute frequently after hearing the horses that the victim worked at the drinking house and lived with other male when the victim is in Japan.

The Defendant: (a) around the snow of 2010, the victim was working in the drinking house when the victim was in Japan; (b) on the ground that the victim was living together with another male, the Defendant brought the victim's left hump to one time on the ground that the victim was living together with the other male; and (c) on the part of the victim, the victim was able to take the hump and return to drinking.

As a result, the defendant carried dangerous things and inflicted an injury on the victim, such as leaving saws to the left side of which the number of days of treatment cannot be known.

B. Around June 7, 2010, the Defendant argued D 303 in the Silung-si, the Defendant brought the head of the victim three times, which is a dangerous thing, to the extent that the number of days of treatment cannot be determined by considering the head of the victim.

C. At around 05:00 on June 12, 2010, the Defendant argued for the above reasons in D 303 at the Sinsul City D, the Defendant raised the victim’s wnife one time, thereby making it difficult for the victim to know the number of days of treatment. D.

At around 05:00 on June 17, 2010, the Defendant asserted D 303, the Defendant: (a) well raised the dispute for the foregoing reasons; (b) boomed the victim’s neck, entering the victim; (c) 2-3 times the head of the victim; (d) 3-4 times the victim’s face on the hand floor; and (e) b) c-4 times the victim’s head and side gate with the dangerous neck; and (d) c- the victim’s head and side gate with the dangerous neck.

This is a dangerous thing.
