A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:50 on December 14, 2018, the Defendant, at the Cju point located in Young-gun, Young-gu, Yongnam-gun, for the reason that the Defendant was unable to repay the Defendant’s money borrowed from the Defendant, she inflicted an injury on the Defendant’s head, i.e., a dangerous object against the Defendant’s head, on the ground that the Defendant did not repay the Defendant’s money borrowed from the Defendant, and she did so at once on the part of the Defendant’s head, 500c glass, and other parts of the Defendant’s head, where the number of days of treatment cannot be determined.
